The people who run and support this app have no clue about customer support. My account just suddenly starts acting strange because of nothing that I did. When I call support, they say I have to send them an email and they will resolve it in 3-5 business days. That is the worst support I have ever received. ### 3/5 — Great service *2025-03-09* Great app, I’ve been using it for quite some time now with fair results however the app itself is still a bit “buggy”. Delayed notifications, updates and real time tracking. Full menu’s aren’t usually posted for a lot of the restaurants. Lots of room for improvement. If there is any issues with your order the app takes no liability and they refuse to issue refunds as well. Very poor interface I’ve tried to activate my account for months now I don’t know why it’s even blocked by the admin I’ve never even used it? You can’t even delete your account because it requires a password. There’s no option to create a password btw on sign up because they give you a “OTP” if you need help you have to email support for their useless non existent admin to not respond.
