This app is wildly expensive… no matter how many times you order you do not get a free delivery ever! There should be points to order and earn something! The delivery fee plus the driver tip makes it $12+ more than the total of the meal. It also takes way more time than the app says it will… have waited well over an hour before for my food that was 5 mins away…

Just downloaded the app and was about to order chic fil a, delivery fee is more than my meal. Not worth paying double the amount it should be.

Has a customer service rep hang up on me because he couldn’t help me and there were too many calls. Awful customer service. Food Fetched completely dropped out of correspondence with me over $17. This business is so inept it’s painful. I wouldn’t trust them with more than $17.

I live in St. Lawrence County NY, way up in the North Country. Apparently they have 1 driver for the whole area because whenever I order from them, it takes forever to get my food. And when I contact customer service that’s what I get. “We only have 1 driver.”

app is horrible, you could pay with CC but it doesn’t take the money out right away, so 2 or 3 days later they make it seem like as if you don’t got enough money and trying to scam them. Like maybe if you took the money right away it’ll be different. Also the delivery fees and time are WAYY too high. you’re better off ordering from DD

We have tried several times to order from this app and all it does is freeze up when we get to the payment section. I have deleted the app and reinstalled but no luck.

The concept is great, the app works very well. However, once you add in the delivery fees, and the service fees, you are almost doubling the price of the food that you order. Unfortunately, those fees have priced me out of using the app.

Don’t use this app unless you have no choice. Every time i do i wait a minimum of an hour to get food literally 8 min up the road! Doesn’t matter the day or time. Now they’re “closed for the day till they catch up” and can’t even do their job. Don’t bother using it. Go to grub hub instead.

I got the app a few months ago and have used it several times and it’s worked great every time, and I’d gladly rate it 5 stars. However, sometime in the last month their delivery fee has almost TRIPLED. From $7 to almost $19. That’s not including the price of your order. Unless the prices go back down I probably won’t be using the app anymore.
