The device pairs however the app is stuck on a white screen. Restart and deleting the app don’t help

I was going through the setup process and got all the way to where it told me to fill the bin then press next and after I press next it’s just a blank screen and I’ve closed out the app several times and still the same

Pairing was easy after restarting the app a few times. Now it just loads a blank white screen even after refreshing and restarting several times.

Started out great. Easy to pair. Now all it does is go back to the pairing screen and flashes and doesn’t let me do anything. Didn’t even get to the first reorder… not sure it’s going to work for me.

App hasn’t worked since I set up the device. Waste of $20.
