It closes on its own or the screen blacks out a lot. Sometimes it just gets stuck or doesn’t load. All the other apps work perfectly fine on my phone so it’s definitely a foodies app issue. Developers need to fix that. ### 1/5 — Worst service ever *2024-09-15, version 1.91* Delivered wrong order after 03 hours of waiting. They went back to collect the correct order and said the items we ordered are now unavailable! Wasted our time and money! Despite the app indicating payment failure, BML records showed successful transactions. Upon reporting the issue, it took them over a week to initiate the refund. While I acknowledge that service failures can happen, the slow response to these issues significantly worsens the overall experience. Food was ready and the agent was not picking up the food from outlet. Called the hotline several times, kept on saying that “it’s assigned to an agent”. After 2 hours since we placed the order, food was delivered. Imagine the status of food after been in a box for 2 hours. The delivery time unfortunately is the same as for any other delivery service in greater malé region - extremely slow, inconsistent and expect to wait at least 1.5 hrs to have delivered. There is no contact number of the driver, just the phone number of a customer service agent. The customer service agent picked up after several calls and said he is contacting driver. Very disappointing, especially given good weather conditions ### 1/5 — Horrible Service *2025-01-04, version 1.91* I ordered and everything went well until the agent picked up the order. It took several calls to their support and 53 minutes from agent picking it up to agent starting the en route process. It took almost 2 hours to get the delivery. Out of which one and half hours was spent on the delivery agent. One small problem with the app. The app uses a lot of wifi/data, and reloads everything every time i open the app. Would be great if better caching can be implemented within the app so that all content don't have to load every single time i open the app. (I haven't yet made an order due it it being ramadan, opinion is purely based on the app and not the service) ### 3/5 — Great UI but slow service *2024-10-27, version 1.91* One of the best user interfaces on a food delivery app in maldives, better than avas food, although ive had bad experiences with the time for the food delivery to get here! It took 5hrs to deliver my food and i met the driver and he told me that he was the only one that was working that day. Hope this improves, if this improves foodies would be the best places to order food online! ### 3/5 — Bad experience *2023-09-20, version 1.86* Once I ordered something and even paid for it but after 10 minutes maybe they said the order was cancelled by vendor…first time it was maybe because I ordered I think 3 mins before the closing but still I think there should be another way for that. And the second time this happened, the reason for that was it was available but I just placed the order and paid. Anyways I got refund for that after a couple of days…I didn’t want to complain.
