I had a bad experience with this app. Only a few stores are available, less than 10 in Klang Valley. It only supports pickup, no delivery. There's no customer service, and I couldn’t reach the store. I even got charged but never received my food. Really disappointing! Not recommended!!!

Number of merchants are very limited and some merchants are consistently in sold out status, as in they no longer update their availability or somehow no longer participate in this, just did not de-list themselves.

The app is misleading. They put up Marry Brown, Love a Loaf , Manhattan fish market, Family Mart without their consent. I don’t see some of the brands menu with their surprise bag in the platform . Pls be careful of using other people logo on your platform without consent. I will consider to take legal action for such action on this app. I am one of the director for a food brand and u use our logo without our consent. Thank you
