Don’t show any sales , merchandise or anything . Is it not a online app to shop? There’s a option to use your Maikai points for grocery delivery, that’s cool but no option to order anything! There is no weekly ad posted, no specials listed, and no way to check items or their prices. A shopper has to go to Foodland’s website to find what’s on sale. But the website appears separate from the app and seems to require a separate registration. Their approach to merchandising their stores seems 20th century instead of 21st. Take a look at the Safeway app or dozens of others if you want your app to be of use to your customers. ### 1/5 — Needs a lot of work *2021-10-23, version 2.0.7* I can use my email online but when I tried using it in app account not found. So frustrating. I can’t shop online in the app, I have to go to Foodland.com to to place order for pickup. No weekly ad either. While I can login, it constitui say it’s unable to connect to server when requesting a card. Fail. Apps kinda useless without a card. Signing up in store is what I was trying to avoid. And why can’t I request a maikai card on the regular Foodland website? I’ve tried everything to change the default to my Kapolei store, and have been unable to change, which results in me not being able to shop for pickup! The app does en give me a home page either, nothing like Safeway or Target, they are both easy to use, so that’s where I end up doing all my grocery shopping! Good job Foodland for creating an app that allows users to shop for their produce, products, creating a shopping list, and also the ability to check out using their card through the mobile app. What I would suggest is, making it possible to imported our Foodland card into Passbook. That way when we arrived at the location of a favorite Foodland Store, much like the Starbucks app, it will pull up our card right from the lock screen.
