## What is FoodMood?

How does food make you feel?
Food Mood is a calm, soulful way to notice the link between what you eat and how you feel. No calorie obsession, no guilt. Just your patterns, in colour.
Mood First. Macros Second. Calories Optional.

If diet apps have only ever made you feel like a number, this is the gentle opposite. Food Mood is for noticing, not policing. You want to understand your patterns, not punish yourself. You're done with calorie guilt and streak anxiety. You believe how a meal leaves you feeling matters as much as the macros. You want a tracker that feels like a journal, not a spreadsheet.

HOW IT WORKS IN THREE TAPS TO A CLEARER WEEK

Capture: Snap a photo. Food Mood reads the macros for you. No weighing, no searching.
Pick a feeling: Tap the colour that fits how the meal left you. Five moods, yours to rename.
See the pattern: Your week unfolds as a flowing spectrum of colour with reflections and a monthly mood calendar.

WHAT'S INSIDE

7-day mood journey: A living gradient showing your week's feeling at a glance.

Mood + macros: Protein, carbs, fat in calm breakdowns. Calories optional.

Real journal: Free-form reflections tagged with the mood you felt.

Monthly mood calendar: Every day painted with its dominant colour.

Moods you own: Rename, recolour, or remove feelings until the palette is unmistakably yours.

Gentle reminders: One soft nudge after a meal. You choose timing, never the guilt.
Most trackers reduce food to numbers. Food Mood starts with a feeling, and lets the macros be the quiet story underneath.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-06-18

Version 1.0.1

This update adds a few thoughtful touches that make logging your meals feel more personal and rewarding.

Celebrate your first meal
The very first meal you log now arrives with a little burst of confetti and a warm welcome. It is our way of saying congratulations on starting your journey. It also gently lets you know when we will check back in, so you can capture how that meal made you feel.

Personalized mood check-ins
When it is time to reflect on a meal, the mood screen now asks about that exact dish by name. Instead of a generic "How are you feeling?", you will see something like "How did your Grilled Chicken Salad make you feel?". The moment now feels connected to what you actually ate.

Friendlier reminders
Your check-in notification now mentions the specific meal it is asking about, so it is easier to remember what you were eating and answer in the moment.

Thank you for using Food Mood. We are always listening, so please keep your feedback coming.
