It’s unreasonable to charge a delivery fee even when the purchase amount is above ₹1500. You should have a minimum order value that qualifies for free delivery. Adding extra charges like this makes the overall experience quite disappointing and discouraging for regular customers. ### 4/5 — Grocery shopping *2025-07-05* Hi Team, I would like to suggest adding an InstaMart-style feature inside your app where users can order groceries, snacks, beverages, and daily essentials along with food. This would be especially helpful for women who are at home alone, especially those whose husbands are working abroad. Many of them face difficulties in going out frequently for small daily needs. Having quick delivery of essentials through your app would make life much easier for them and for many others in the community. This can also help the app grow by offering a complete solution for both food and daily needs under one roof. ### 2/5 — Decent Design, But Performance Needs Major Improvement *2025-05-03* The app has a clean and user-friendly design, which I really appreciate. However, the overall performance is disappointing. Content takes a long time to load—especially images and the offers page, which often doesn’t load at all, even after waiting several minutes. There’s no noticeable lazy loading either, which affects the user experience.
