Best, Ana from foodora ### 1/5 — No Drivers Order Canceled After 2 Hours *2023-08-09* The last few orders, the food was delayed multiple times. Today, the food was delayed for two hours. I contacted the restaurant who had the food ready but they were waiting for a driver. The second Foodara representative told me that he doesn’t know when or if they will be able to find a driver. Had to cancel after two hours. Completely unacceptable. Don’t accept an order if you don’t have enough drivers. **Developer response:** Hi Mahmoud, thank you for your feedback. Vouchers they give you (what little it is for issues caused on their side) are all invalid when you actually try to use them and if you try to contact them about it they really could care less. Anything but Foodora!!! *2023-05-28* I had an issue with an order and they automatically said the issue was resolved without ever discussing anything with me.
