Three times tried to contact support - it doesn’t work. Will not recommend if there is an alternative. So many weird choices. Not to mention the horribly unusable colors. Who would ever place highlighter neon green on a white background? Such a missed opportunity. ### 1/5 — Updated version baaaaaad *2021-06-09, version 21.11.0* With the last update I lost all my previous orders data and I cannot copy, also the navigation seems now more complicated. ### 1/5 — Horrible step backwards in the UI *2021-06-02, version 21.10.0* Now as lousy a UI as Lieferando, which I never used because of the UI. Besides that: still no decent way of tipping, but ridiculous options to leave charitable donations (Hint: if I want to give to donate to charity, I’m going to do it without ordering pizza, sushi, kebab, etc.) No dark mode, like I want to be blinded by a glaring UI at 2:30am, or what? You’re afraid I’m not staying awake until the order arrives, and you think you need to shock me with BRIGHTNESS? This new version is just worse in EVERY ASPECT imaginable. I tried to find ANYTHING that I thought was better than before: NOTHING. Order tracking is a disaster, too. Order history is missing. What, were you taken over by Lieferando, or what? If you’re as bad as them, I’ll switch to the “original bad”, instead of sticking with the “I’m going out of my way to become as bad as them”. ### 2/5 — Poor user interface *2021-04-14, version 9.0.2* You can select language but it does not trickle down to menu or customer service. Requires Austrian number which makes it not suitable for tourists or visitors who I feel would be the main customers for this app. Useless. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother if you’re from the US *2023-09-25* This app will not send verification codes to US numbers despite giving the US as an option for phone numbers. Thank you and best regards, Ana from foodora ### 1/5 — No Drivers Order Canceled After 2 Hours *2023-08-09* The last few orders, the food was delayed multiple times. Today, the food was delayed for two hours. I contacted the restaurant who had the food ready but they were waiting for a driver. The second Foodara representative told me that he doesn’t know when or if they will be able to find a driver. Had to cancel after two hours. Completely unacceptable. Vouchers they give you (what little it is for issues caused on their side) are all invalid when you actually try to use them and if you try to contact them about it they really could care less. Anything but Foodora!!! *2023-05-28* I had an issue with an order and they automatically said the issue was resolved without ever discussing anything with me. I wrote two more times and never received a response. Horrible customer service. Lieferando is much better!!! Delete this app quick! ### 1/5 — Abuses Push Notifications for ads *2022-10-27, version 22.21.1* Good service, unfortunately they abuse push notifications for their market service, next to relevant messages about orders. ### 1/5 — Lies and technical drawbacks *2022-08-01* The vouchers are complete lies, even if you follow their criteria. The app also fails to recognise a basic home address in the centre of Vienna, not allowing you to order. They are basically sabotaging restaurants… ### 1/5 — Bad service *2022-07-15, version 22.14.0* First order on the service: 1. Says “35 minute delivery” on restaurant. When I order it says estimated delivery 40-50 minutes from time of order. This gets delayed to 55-65 minutes slowly as time passes. 2. No visibility to delivery person location 3. No human help! (4. No pictures on dishes in most restaurants) (5. No translations of menus) ### 1/5 — Bad system、bad app *2022-06-25* I ordered a meal by this Application and I received nothing. I tried to communicate with the Application and they told me to write an email while using an hour to tell me they had no idea about this order. It is absolutely unreasonable cuz this application‘s system wasted a lot of my time and money.
