We cannot see a map showing where the rider is. And the estimate is just not right. Support can't even contact the drivers or restaurants and even when it's obvious the food isn't coming, they won't give refunds. Tried again on my wife’s phone, refused. Deleted the app and picked up food myself. But then they emailed saying trying to reach me- I’m at a hotel and gave hotel number because it kept turning my a czech number. So they said call them right away. I do, they hung up. I asked them to call me. Nothing. I call back.... and as soon as the person answers and I say they emailed me.... they hung up again. My fiancé and I had been out of the country for weeks. We had begun to feel just a little bit homesick. And delivery McDonald’s at 11pm on a Friday night was just what the doctor ordered. Specifically , a mcchicken, fries, and some of that absolutely slapping Coke Zero. Could not have accomplished this without the help of this app. Have ordered like 4 times with it since we been here now. Když do košíku přidáte jídlo tak značek na ikoně nákupního košíku nestačí. Hledal jsem jestli se mi jídlo přidalo. Numerous “hidden charges “ called “packaging fees”.
