Stopps sind ja ok, aber bitte wenn sie sinnvoll sind. Überarbeitet eure App. Essen nicht mehr genießbar und bin schwanger und kann diese essen nachdem es 2h umherfuhr nicht mehr essen:( ### 1/5 — Horrible app and support *2026-07-29* Their app has a lot of bugs, they are removing orders and will deny these issues, and will not redeliver your order correctly. The chat agents are unwilling to help or just couldn’t understand the issues. Bad first impression and will not be ordering from this app again. Spend your money somewhere else. ### 2/5 — Unpolished UX *2026-07-12* In some restaurants the order form is not fully translated to english, so you should use a translator to know what you are doing. We unfortunately didnt and ordered completely dry Burgers (only Buns and petty, nothing else). We wrote the support inside the App, they answered quickly, but the decision is pretty intransparent (basically „no refund, sorry“). The design of the Support Chat is buggy, as I cannot see the textfield when typing nor can i paste a pre-written text. Overall mixed experience with the App. If you speak norwegian and you dont have any problems, you should be fine. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-07-09* Couldn’t find a driver for over an hour then took another hour to arrive ### 3/5 — Riddled with Bugs *2026-06-28* Spent 30mins to get any payment working, all kinds of error messages, blank and unconstructed screens etc. ### 1/5 — Worst app I’ve ever used *2026-06-14, version 26.23.0* I hate it ### 1/5 — You should train your delivery man more. *2026-06-13* I chose contactless delivery (stay at the door after knocking on the door) and filled in the correct address. The delivery man didn't read my request at all. He called me and asked me to go out to get it. He saw the wrong address but kept asking me to go out to find him and thought it was my fault. Think about a bearded man asking you out in a very bad tone... So what's the point of me choosing contactless delivery? And your software has no way to black out the delivery man, which means that if I continue to use your software, I may meet this terrible man, so I uninstalled it ### 1/5 — A fuir, service client déplorable *2026-06-06* Foodora a disparu de France on comprend pourquoi.
