We unfortunately didnt and ordered completely dry Burgers (only Buns and petty, nothing else). We wrote the support inside the App, they answered quickly, but the decision is pretty intransparent (basically „no refund, sorry“). The design of the Support Chat is buggy, as I cannot see the textfield when typing nor can i paste a pre-written text. I will report to authorities. ### 1/5 — Drop the pin *2026-05-15* So I ordered food while I’m on vacation in Sweden I dropped the Pin it showed the exact apartment I was in and when I ordered the food, the Driver app showed that he was at my apartment but when I went downstairs, he was at a different location saying that that’s the address he has they were unwilling to refund my food or money to order food. When you try to prove to support that no one called (even with call history), they completely ignore it and refuse to verify anything. At this point it feels like either couriers are scamming or they don’t even have credit to make calls. Either way, the result is the same, no food and no refund. Dessutom var den helt annorlunda än det vi faktiskt beställde. Det är väldigt frustrerande när samma misstag händer flera gånger. As an obvious result, the food was cold. I had screenshots with time to prove my point that it was delivered cold, but Foodora decided to not partially cover the expense. The worst part? They gave me fake time of the different steps to argue against me. Last order took 90 minutes. I ordered sushi. By the time it arrived the sushi was too warm to safely consume and I was refused a refund. Customer support told me to reinstall the app which I did but nothing happened. Alle versucht und bei allen ist ein Fehler aufgetreten… nur angemeldet kann man natürlich die Rabattcodes einlösen. Think about a bearded man asking you out in a very bad tone... So what's the point of me choosing contactless delivery?
