I waited two hours without receiving my meal. I chatted with Foodora for help but they told me to call the restaurant. I called the restaurant which told me that foodora didn’t send any rider to take the order . I connected back with foodora who always asked me to call the restaurant. Then the restaurant fixed the issue as prepared me the meal which has been cooled and delivered it on their account. I am disappointed Foodora !!! I will never use your services again ### 1/5 — Incompetent customer service *2023-01-01, version 22.25.1* There’s an issue in the app with accepting ANY form of payment since the last update and I’ve spent 3 attempts with customer service to flag it to them and get it fixed, mostly because I was reimbursed for a non delivery with a voucher that I couldn’t use unless I could place an order. Long story short, the customer service reps just say things like “try the browser” and “uninstall the app” and try to get out of the chat instead of actually attempting to log and solve the problem. It’s clear as a company they are incentivizing their customer service reps inadequately to get engagement in problem solving or a general care in the world for the customer or company success. After all these attempts the only solution that remains is for me to stop using foodora because I can’t find someone who wants to help solve the problem. ### 1/5 — Unavailable *2022-11-22, version 22.23.0* I cannot use foodora on my iPhone. Once I reach the checkout page and put all my information, it doesn’t allow me to move to the next page and pay for the items. Trashy user interface. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service. *2022-10-14, version 22.20.1* First off ordered something for dinner since we were to tired to go out, ended up waiting 1.5 hours for the delivery to only receive drinks but no food, contacted customer service showed a photo and all and guy didn’t approve me for a refund for all or any of the missing items. ### 1/5 — bad company to deal with if there is any issues *2021-12-05, version 21.23.0* waiting for delivery for over one hour and was told it was my problem and no food and no refund! use wolt if you are in norway instead! app says delivery was completed , I went to the hotel receptionist to check and there was no delivery . we called the restaurant and was told delivery was on the way . one hour later, I called the restaurant and they said the delivery was picked up one hour ago and there’s nothing they can do. called foodora and they said delivery guy called me many times before the delivery which is not true. Can't find how to log into my account, have to use a website in Mobile browser. What's a point of having an app then? ### 1/5 — Completely broken delivery times *2021-04-29, version 21.08.0* Foodora will show you restaurants delivering to your area with delivery time as a prominent feature of each restaurant. You can even sort by delivery time, to help pick the restaurant. However, the delivery times are completely arbitrary, with no responsibility for foodora or the restaurant. Only after you have ordered and paid will you see the actual delivery time, and this can be over an hour (yes, 60 minutes) more than announced, and they will not care. Only use foodora if you have an arbitrary amount of time available to wait for your delivery. ### 1/5 — App literally unusable *2020-12-08, version 20.24.0* I downloaded the app to my iPhone, allowed location requests, and could not log in! It keeps saying wrong credentials when I put my email in. I have the account! I go to any vendor and it keeps saying vendor not found. I cannot contact Help in the app either, it just does nothing when I tap on it. Horrible. Horrible app ### 5/5 — They do not follow through! *2020-09-13, version 20.18.0* For one, my dinner order a few weeks ago was marked as delivered and I never got it. Then after waiting for ages on the customer service chat, I was told that I’d be reimbursed and get a 200 NOK coupon that would be applied when we next ordered. Well, we put in an order and NO 200 NOK discount was applied to my account. Now I will wait for a few more hours for a foodora chat bot to get back to me... and let’s hope my meal makes it to me this time. ### 1/5 — Worst Order Tracking and Customer Service *2020-03-08, version 5.14.1* I ordered from Maurya Bayview. For 30 mins it was showing me that my order is in works and driver will pick it up soon, but then i got a notification saying ‘Restaurant has just closed but dont worry you will get your money back’. I need food not my money back after waiting for 30 mins. In another incident, i had a coupon that i got from a friend so i downloaded the app and ordered but the coupon was not working, i reached out to customer service chat and she said the coupon is going to be valid after two days but i need food when i downloaded the app and not two days later. I am not sure who does the Product design for this app but certainly they need to just go across the border to US and use seamless or grubhub to update their user stories.
