Poor and pathetic customer service. I will not recommend it to anyone. Its 11.58 now. Rider says he doesnt have charge on phone. Asks to take food from his preferred place. In app no place to reach helpline or chat with anyone or to complain anout rider and order. Work app someone can make. No place to chat with customer service executive. Last time I am placing order here. Could you please explain why it takes 2 hours to deliver just one cup of drink? The delivery location is only around 100 steps away if someone walks there, so this delay is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. In addition, I was very disappointed with the delivery staff’s response. Instead of providing proper assistance or apologizing for the delay, the staff responded in a rude and unfriendly manner. I believe customers should be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when there is a service issue. If the service continues to be this inefficient and the customer support attitude does not improve, I am sorry to say that I may have to stop using the application. I am also considering deleting the application due to this poor experience. It costs 14,000kyts on the app. Shouldn’t they just describe the price same as the restaurant? Now they show like they charge only 500kyts for delivery fees and 95kyts for service fees, however, there actually is hidden fees 2,000kyts where they increased the original price with percentage. The more expensive the dish is, the more profit for them. Imagine u order 5 biryanis and they have already charged you 10,000kyts hidden fees although the trip is same. Imagine u order some crazy expensive dishes from crazy expensive restaurants.
