## What is FoodPrint?

Record what you eat and how you feel afterward. FoodPrint keeps meals and symptoms together in a private food diary, so you can look back at your observations over time.

LOG MEALS AND SYMPTOMS
Add meals with ingredients, times and notes. Include a meal photo when useful. Record symptoms with their intensity and when they appeared. Reuse previous meals and editable ingredient suggestions to make the next entry easier.

REVIEW YOUR TIMELINE
See meals and symptoms in the same timeline. Link a symptom to a meal you want to observe. Insights offers cautious hints about possible patterns and makes clear when there is not enough evidence to draw a conclusion.

OBSERVE ONE FOOD AT A TIME
Choose a food and a time window. Mark the days you ate it and record the symptoms you noticed. FoodPrint provides a neutral summary of your entries.

PAY ONCE, KEEP YOUR JOURNAL PRIVATE
FoodPrint has no subscription or In-App Purchases. You do not need an account. Your journal and meal photos are stored locally on your device. The app has no ads, tracking or app-managed cloud sync.

EXPORT YOUR ENTRIES
Export your journal as CSV and JSON to use your records elsewhere or discuss them with a qualified professional. You choose where to share the export. Photo metadata is included; photo files are not. An optional daily reminder helps you keep logging. You can delete the complete local journal and stored meal photos from Settings.

FoodPrint is a self-tracking tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose conditions or recommend restrictive diets. Please talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or about any symptom that concerns you.
