After every damn order placed, the delivery guy gives me a call confirming the order and location but says the location shown is different and they charge the delivery according to the location so they’ll have to charge an extra amount to deliver to that shown location. This has been going on ever since I started using this app. It’s a damn scam. I ordered lunch four times today and they said the location shown is wrong. Dimapur is a city it seems when everything gets closed by 10 pm. Not asking it to be like metro cities because it’ll take forever to reach at that point or maybe a dream but try to be 10 % at least to reach at that point . And also my god the tax and charges. Don’t you think it’s a little too much ? The tax is equivalent to one plate of momo. Please try to fix that.
