It is really amazing. It gives alternatives too and is great for all my allergies due to my autoimmunity. I also have diabetes and it helps me avoid sugar and apartame which is worse than sugar

I use it everytime I buy groceries. One thing I have noticed is even the organic products are not totally safe so foodsage has been really helpful to help me avoid potentially toxic ingredients since i got diagnosed of Graves. i really love this product.
