The customer service is excellent. But hiding the service fee is not good. Notification preferences in the app do not save, and reset to ‘Subscribed to All’ when re-opened. There is also no way to change notification preferences from the browser page either. This makes for a terrible experience. ### 1/5 — Weaksauce *2026-03-29, version 3.33.26* Their website and app for finding the nearest drop off has been broken for years. If you don’t have a specific address and are using the map view to find a drop off, you have to finagle the map at the right zoom level and position to find a place. So dumb. How’d you manage to break that and leave it broken? Like, this is the kind of stuff that’ll hurt your business, and you just went on without fixing it. Did you fire all of your devs? You submit a ticket and it goes off into the void with no phone number or email to contact.
