The app is a total pain to log into and the log in process rarely works without many attempts. It kicks me out often so I’m forced to go through the fight regularly. Once I’m in the app it works fairly okay. But it’s always the same recipes. Nothing new is ever added, so I’m in a been there, done that situation. ### 3/5 — Always Login Problem *2025-09-11, version 6.11.2* This app has a login issue every time. Repeatedly making a new password to login because the previous one’s not accepted. This started when our school switched from Virgin Pulse to Personify you. This app is part of an employee health plan but doesn’t work well for us on a practical level. Unfortunately my allergens are not all in the top 8 and there is no way to add ingredients to avoid. This app would be more user friendly if I could filter out recipes that won’t work for my allergies including which specific nuts are okay vs allergy issues. Ultimately I am aware I can make substitutions and source different ingredients but it somewhat defeats the purpose of having recipes at the ready when it’s easier to use a search engine to find recipes that exclude my allergens. I was told I would be sent copies of a few guides she shared to help me get started, but they never sent them (I signed up for the portal account). I followed up teice (2 weeks later and 47 days later) to see if they could check, and still got no answer. So, the visit was great, but I needed to guides to support me…and with no communication I don’t think I will be making a second visit. I made an account which apparently is only recognized if I have a link in an SMS text message concerning appointments. If I attempt to sign in to the app it doesn’t recognize the information. When I used the link in the text it took me to a sign in page and suddenly my information is recognized. When I was finished I went back to the app and tried to log in again… nope. This is honestly not worth my time. Vegan recipes are extremely limited. Logged in through my employers wellness stuff. Logs me out every couple of days so I deleted it. I wasn’t going to prepare hardly anything from the recipes anyway. I try deleting and reinstalling to no avail. I end up contacting support from my provider and then it takes several days to get back in and earn my points. It is almost not worth it to keep trying. I am unable to login to the app no matter how many times i enter my email address and password. And if I try to reset the password, the email is never delivered (spam or inbox - empty). Served up by a broken UI that jumbles all available menus and ability to maintain the user’s sanity. Just use the website in your browser. You earn points by downloading the app, scrolling through the recipes, favoriting a recipe, etc. I scrolled through so many recipes and could not even find one to star. They all look and sound awful. The kid friendly section recommends salmon cake with olive and dill, and broccoli chowder, along with a plethora of other suggestions that my 8 year old would probably never touch. And I don’t blame him because they don’t look or sound good to me either. To make it worse, the pictures to go with the recipes are terrible and do not make anything look appetizing. Everything looks dry, like baby vomit, or like it was made in a factory. Seriously, take a look at the tutti frutti muesli, my dog puked the other day and it looked just like this.
