Please just keep it simple. We don't need those store status things. We just need to see our delivery's, address and stuff that we need to know for delivery that we are doing. The less options, the better, no need to complicate things.

I can't see the store information. I can't see the current number of orders in the store and the number of drivers I’m using 13 pro ios 17.2.1

Overall the newest update is a good one. The times when the order was placed is shown before I start a run and it looks nicer overall but, the signature box has gotten a lot worse. It used to be a big rectangle and made your phone landscape (nice and big). The new one is a small square in portrait mode. I’ve had many customers write their signature and run out of space.

This app seems to be pretty helpful. I like the abilities to see and interact with live and delivered orders.Appears to be accurate with time and distances and above all $$$ entries and calculations. I like it so far.

The applicator is not accurate for trailer pros, RV Lots and apartment complexes. It takes you to the entrance, and you have to do the rest. It proves to take time as none of these locations have good lighting and it’s very difficult to find correct locations. Time equals money, getting lost equals frustration!

Usually it works fine, the maps are seemingly random on whether or not you can update the address. My problem is that it won’t let me end my runs; without a complete reinstall. It’s my second time in one day that I’ve had to reinstall.

Let me swipe to go back like every other app does!! Also it’s pretty buggy in general. If when customers try to enter their own tip, entering numbers is a nightmare, because tapping on a number doesn’t register. They will be sitting there tapping at zero for 5 times before zero actually registers.

I have a few issues with this app. 
1) the map button shows a dialogue that tells me to update google maps, even though I have it up to date
2) It is completely dysfunctional in areas with poor signal
3) I would like to see stats for previous shifts when I am clocked out

Internet won’t stay connected half the time. app sends me to the wrong places and won’t register what I’m asking of it. Scrapping it would be the best idea the company could of come up with ever since the release date of its product.

App is terrible. 2nd pay period in a row that a driver said they either didn’t get all the delivery fees or hours on the check. Doesn’t calculate real miles, just what the computer is told. If you have to use this app to work, I strongly suggest that you strongly suggest a different means of conducting business

Very good app, very functional and practical. There’s nothing complex, and I love how well everything is organized.

This system is great for delivery drivers, one button press and it enters the the address into your gps for a quicker start to save time. The store can see where i’m at while driving and that’s good so they can know when I’ll be back. My favorite tool is the text message option that auto-fills a message saying that I’ll be there shortly which i send 2 minutes in advance and also the ready message that i send on arrival, which saves time and sometimes keeps the customer’s dog from barking because they expect and open the door while I'm walking up. There is also a button to dial the customer with one press which is excellent because manually typing phone numbers is really annoying and has room for accidental error. This app makes the job easier and faster for customer service.

I have been using this app for six years with little problems. When I started using the IPhone 14 pro Max, and had problems with the app, I emailed them and they responded within hours. The problem was taken care of very fast. Can’t ask for any better service!

It’s wonderful quick an easy app I have a recommendation to orders that are cash if there could be a optional choice (only cash deliveries) to electronically deduct out what’s owed to me an allocate how much to pay for back to the store from the order so as to do for a comfort feeling I can keep my owed money in the negatives(that way I look forward to making even the smallest amount back to me)
