Why do I still see the local Foodtown truck delivering? ### 1/5 — Very bad experience *2020-03-30* I had a very bad experience with this app. We are stuck at home because of coronavirus. I ordered and they delivered wrong items and when I called them , they took 18 minutes to find out my order number and they didn’t success. ### 2/5 — Why did you remove weekly circular *2020-03-27* So now no more weekly circular in the tab that says “weekly circular”. I do not want to search weekly circular. Being back the old circular on the app and website. Whoever thought this change was a good idea didn’t bother to ask those of us who actually use it. Got a call saying practically every item I ordered wasn’t in stock. When I asked why, I was told that the app allows you to purchase items from ALL Foodtown locations, even though the store actually fulfilling the order might not have them. I’ve never had a problem and if I did they resolved it quickly. John one of the managers is friendly and helpful and the employees who have been there for a long time are great. What I would like to see is phone wallet support. Currently I have to hand over club card exposing both me and teller to potential Covid-19. I would like this to change, many companies have this feature for eWallet example in my case Apple wallet much more convenient and safer. ### 3/5 — Issue with email *2025-12-21, version 20250808* I recently tried to create an account and when I tried to get my activation code via email it said that it wasn’t available. I tried again and apparently it’s an internal issue. ### 3/5 — Limited pick up options very disappointing *2022-03-26* Any time I attempt to do a pick up order the options for pick up are only for 2-3 days later, making it very inconvenient for me. However, the coupons don’t always load to my card and so they don’t get applied at check out. ### 2/5 — Be aware *2021-07-10* I installed the app, signed up, created an account, only to discover that my local FoodTown isn’t a part of this app-chain, now I’m signed up to a Brooklyn foodtown. I left Brooklyn in 1978. I couldn’t delete my account. Luckily I used a bogus identity - name, phone#, age, address, etc; the e-mail used is my trash email that gets all my retail ‘gotta add ur email for any use’.
