Does NOT correctly identify things

I scanned a couple VEGGIES and got frozen yogurt for one, and macarons for the other….. useless.

Ridiculous

So, I scanned some onions and it thought there were squash! Then I tested it on my cat and it said he was a chocolate cake! What?? I’m really confused and this app needs updating.

Chocolate cake?

Food vision apparently thinks a bottle of water is chocolate cake?

Doesn’t work

So, I tried looking up some food tonight. It was a vegetable. The app was telling me it was Penna Cotta which is a dessert. I tried looking up other food and it only kept going back and forth btwn penna cotta and macaroons which was none of the food I had. So, to me, this app is garbage. I even put an apple on my plate at one point to see if it could identify that and it couldn’t. What a joke. I was really hoping this app would work. I had high hopes

Good concept, but very inaccurate and has a long way to go

It didn’t correctly identify foods; for example, it tried to identify healthy vegetables like swiss chard as either filet mignon (the stems) or guacamole (the leafy part)

I like the idea of the app, but it has a long way to go in development. Currently, it shouldn’t advertise that it “recognizes complex food dishes”
