Als wir die App für das Event genutzt haben sind uns zwei Schwächen aufgefallen: Nach dem Scannen wäre es super wenn der Bildschirm grün blinken oder einen Haken zeigen könnte und wenn  dann die Cam direkt weiter scannen könnte wäre das für die Geschwindigkeit super. Wir mussten z zweit am Einlass stehen, denn sobald einer gescannt hatte, war der andere dabei den scan neu zu starten. Hat ein wenig verzögert. 

Aber sonst, topp!

I have an iPhone 13 Pro and the app didn’t work on my phone, or any other of the iPhones we were trying to scan tickets with.

App crashes at log in doesn’t let you access the app at all.

Very buggy. Regularly crashes so you are unable to scan. Constantly shows the wheel turning and turning and nothing happens. Also it pushes people from different dates onto the current event date so you never have an accurate figure of who will be attending the event that day.

The app appears to work ok, but black and slightly less black are not practical colours for any UX. 
It also doesn't appear to support iPhone 8 screens as the text goes off the side of the screen.
This is supposed to be an integral part of speeding up check-ins at events, but if users struggle to see the screen, it’s going to create delays.

After jumping thru some sort of frustrating update back n forth the app seems to be working well and more stable than previous versions

Using the event app was incredibly easy and intuitive. The layout is clean, everything is clearly labeled, and I was able to find the schedule and register for sessions in just a few taps. It made navigating the event smooth and stress-free!
