I called customer care and did everything they told but this issue has not been resolved. I call customer service and get 2 people that barely speak english. i call again and this person says my shoes got lost. absolutely the worst service i have ever received in my life, if i could give a 0 i would, horrible company i cant even word how bad everything is.
