## What is Foot Massage?

Sore feet at the end of the day, and no idea where to press. Point the camera at your sole and the reflexology zones appear right on your own foot. Then put the phone down and follow a timed routine with both hands free.

HOW IT WORKS

Point the camera at the sole of your foot. The app finds it, locks on, and draws the zones onto it. Tap any zone to read what reflexology tradition links it to. Flip between medial and lateral with one tap. When the fit looks right, lock the frame, set the phone down, and begin.

Each step names the area, the motion, the pressure and how long to spend there. Haptics mark every boundary, so you can keep your eyes closed. Turn on the spoken guide and you never need to look at all.
