I tried when I tried to reach them it was bot who was texting me. They wouldn’t get me to a team member. After a while I got a customer service number (which we don’t get on their app/site). Finally I talked to a team member and told me it is on the way you will receive it by Monday. I didn’t receive on Monday and I call them again (it took me 3hours to connect), they are asking me to contact their delivery partner. Then they said they need to initiate an investigation it will take several working days ( they didn’t even know how long it would take to resolve it). So, I lost my money, time and my Shoes. I am very upset for their service. Footasylum refuses to provide a refund or replacement, relying on insufficient courier “proof.” This is a clear violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and distance selling regulations.
