I was playing with my team and was 80 overall and now i log into the game everything is gone and back to a 57 overall team. What is going ? Why did everything reset I spent money on my team now it’s just gone ?

Y’all should never reset the game again. I spent so much time on this game getting my team to an 88 overall and then losing everything because of a reset which I also have to balance homework and other stuff too so it was just a big waste of time. Please never do a reset again. Also, y’all didn’t do one during the 2025 through 2026 season. So it’s sad to say that I stopped playing the game cause I thought that this was the one game that was actually fun in NFL based I’ll miss this game a lot. If you’ll give me a a good reason then I’ll change the stars

So, I have been a casual enjoyer of this game over the years, popping in for a season then not investing enough time to keep it.  
The game is simple but enjoyable.  I’m still figuring some of the stuff out with it.
That said, this is an absolute pay to win game.
The season JUST reset, (so don’t actually give your money as you lose EVERYTHING you grinded or paid for) and me and my newly barely 70 overall team is going against high 77 and even 80 teams.  
Especially when every opponent is random (aside to watching an ad to choose one) 
I ended up losing a perfect season due to this too…. 
As stated, a good mobile sports game, just very heavy on making money

I had built up a solid team with decent players at every position. However, after completing the update, my entire team was erased, and all of the players I had earned or acquired were gone. I will change stars on the review if the company responds giving me a explanation or they resolve the issue

Enjoyed FHC26 and played all the time. Disappointed with the update into FHC27. Season reset is a kick in the teeth if you have spent money buying packs. You should be compensated by way of coins for your squad so that you can go back to the market for players say 50% of the squad value rather than loose ball your coins and start from scratch yet again.

Bought one bundle for $27.99 and was charged for that and another $29.99 for no apparent reason. There wasn’t anything in the store for $29.99 you could buy! I have screenshots of everything you could buy with money.
