## Newest reviews (4 of 24)

### 3/5 — Getting boring

*2025-08-08*

Am I the only one? All pieces are slow burn so you have to wade through loads to get to the point that the headline mentions.

It’s all regurgitated stuff that you already know that has been repeated on previous items with the nub of the headline at the end.

Frustrating and a big switch off!!

### 3/5 — Buggy

*2025-07-14*

App constantly scrolls to the bottom of the page, very difficult to read any of the articles.

### 4/5 — If your team is not in the PL

*2018-05-11*

Football.London - they did confirm that other leagues apart the Premiership will be available soon - they respond well to customer complaints and thoughts. App seems good and worth checking out!

### 2/5 — Loads of teams in London not just premier league ones

*2018-05-07*

This is probably a great app if you only love premier league football. If your team is in the championship or league one/two then it’s pretty pointless

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not much new material. Most recent news story is 2 weeks old!

*2023-11-10*

As a West Ham supporter the articles are crap. A team that has the largest stadium in London and some of the best attendance figures there is no reason it should get less attention that other teams. Just updated the page to get the latest article which is two weeks old, we’ve played 4 games since including a win or Arsenal but no article about it. Maybe it should be football.gooner or football.spud but .london it is not.

### 1/5 — Rubbish but not as bad as the website

*2023-10-27*

Bring back the tabs. Why would I want to scroll or anchor link down to my teams news and through all the other london teams? Ridiculous. Not the best app in general but not as horrible as the web experience - terrible design, terrible amount of ads, terrible performance. I come back for the likes of Alasdair Gold but only so long it’s bearable.

**Developer response:** Hi and thank you for your feedback. The tabs are still there, but have moved to the new My News tab. Simply login and select which teams and topics you would like to follow and those familiar tabs will be back for you to scroll through. The Reach PLC Apps Team

### 1/5 — Update

*2023-10-20*

Hate the update. Not clear to to navigate - ridiculous scroll feature - can’t close out if articles. Just want to read about my team which not sectioned. It’s painful - was my favourite now being deleted

Go back to the old version.

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2023-10-19*

Every time they update it is worse, all the ones including the city and county ones, the developers are part time old people with not skills

### 1/5 — Crashes

*2023-06-18*

Downloaded update and now crashes every time I open it. Can’t use the app at all now.
Great update!

### 1/5 — Nothing outside Premier League

*2022-08-30*

Football London should include all London clubs. QPR info is completely disconnected from the first team news. When will the website live up to its name of ‘Football London’?

### 1/5 — Worlds worst. App

*2021-04-13*

This app has excellent reporters when not crashing which isn’t very often it also wants your data obviously to sell on which should be against the law beware

### 1/5 — Stotfold Bee

*2019-09-18*

The top story on this App for Brentford was a six weeks old article on the August Transfer Window followed by the draw for the league cup. Why do they bother showing non Premier League teams? Old articles referring to the whole league and not the club, a rubbish App.

### 1/5 — Confusing

*2018-11-29*

This is a good ap for info on your team - if you can find it. The headlines are not always linked to the text, so you get an interesting headline and either no way to follow it up or a completely different news story. It needs better links.

### 2/5 — Awful

*2024-11-15*

This app is unstable and hard to use. Great content but I wish they would go back about ten versions, before putting everything in a giant death scroll. I hate it.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Best app

*2021-06-07*

I love this app and for any football fans out there who are into their transfer news this for me is the one.

*2020-01-10*

My go to website for latest and authoritative news about my team and others I follow.

### 5/5 — great app

*2019-07-12*

easy to use, great for all the latest news about your favourite club or all of the clubs. easy to use and accurate information.

### 5/5 — Great app nice info

*2018-08-22*

Gives a good crossection of info on any London club.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2018-05-26*

When I want to check what is really going on at Spurs rather than headline rumours this is the site I use. It’s great having articles written by a Spurs fan Alasdair Gold.

### 5/5 — A fine app

*2017-12-18*

I love football and I love London and I love football in London. The perfect app for those who love the same

### 5/5 — Good for people who like good news

*2017-12-18*

A great way to keep up with your team and cut through all the junk you see on other apps that force you to scroll through posts about clubs you don't care about.

### 4/5 — Focused and opinionated stuff

*2021-08-30*

Some good material here with from my Spurs’ focus, the contributors are passionate fans.
From the app perspective ads are annoying as usual but the worst aspects are the outdated reports left hanging around. Get rid guys and concentrate on today’s news!

### 4/5 — Summer Transfer

*2019-08-09, version 4.2.5*

Football London have done a great job during the summer transfer period; especially on transfer deadline Day. “Well done”
