Really enjoyed it. Don’t mind admitting that I also put a fair bit of money into the game. Unfortunately I recently had a disagreement over a payment in game. There’s a feature where you can purchase points and some times they offer double points. To which I made a purchase and due to app maintenance I had an error. Due to the points not arriving on my account I had the purchase refunded in the App Store. After some time the points arrived. A day or two later the refund went through which ment the game reclaimed the double points. In a honest attempt to resolve the minus points I made the purchase again however the double points did not apply and still left me in the negative balance. Meaning I’d need to pay double to settle the balance. I raised this in game thinking it would be an easy resolution and something understandable. Instead I received multiple condescending messages from staff and a complete lack of understanding especially to someone who had invested so much in their game. Once you realize they have like almost thousand servers just to milk new people and money, ending up merging server that give you no new “fun” experiences. Real problem is the repetitive gameplay. It’s get boring pretty quick. It’s a cycle/a loop once you figured the entire game out, and they don’t added any meaningful contents that bring more of excitement or refreshment to players. After joining an Alliance, Managers can team up with allies to challenge teams from major leagues, unlock special boosts through Training Camp Matches, and carry those boosts into challenges against the knockout stage paths of past champions. Take on the world's Giants! World Giants Challenge features two main modes: Training Camp Match and Giants Challenge. It requires cooperation among Alliance members while also testing each Manager's own team strength. In Training Camp Match, any Alliance member can select a Training Camp Match and invite 2 other players to form a team and complete the challenge. Upon victory, you will receive item rewards and unlock a Training Camp Boost. Training Camp Boosts only apply to Giant opponents and will aid you in subsequent challenges. Each Training Camp reward can only be claimed once, so please coordinate the challenge order with your allies. In Giants Challenge, Managers can choose different difficulty levels based on their team strength to challenge Giant opponents in the knockout stage. Higher difficulty means stronger opponents, and greater points earned upon success. Each Giant records your highest single-match points as your valid points. Once the Alliance's total points reach the target, the next stage opponent will be unlocked automatically, and the entire Alliance can continue challenging stronger Giants for greater rewards. After the Alliance successfully defeats the Finals opponent, Peak Challenge will be unlocked. Opponents in Peak Challenge are even stronger. Upon success, points and reward progress will reset, and opponent strength will increase. The Alliance can challenge repeatedly, breaking through higher difficulties and earning more rewards. 2. Alliance Feature Overhaul - Optimized Development Pace, Enhanced Alliance Cooperation Experience To reduce the burden of Alliance development and enhance the cooperative experience among Alliance members, this version will overhaul the entire Alliance feature. Alliance Donation and Alliance Development will be integrated. When making donations, Managers will only consume Coins and no longer consume Gems, making Alliance development easier.
