## What is Football Sporting Director?

You’re not the manager. You’re the person who hires them.

Football Sporting Director puts you in charge of the decisions that shape a club for years, not just ninety minutes. Build the squad, appoint the manager, negotiate transfers, develop academy talent, manage contracts, handle board pressure and watch your strategy play out on matchday.

BUILD THE CLUB

Take control of the long-term project. Balance ambition, finances, squad health and the demands of the board as every season creates new problems to solve.

OWN THE TRANSFER WINDOW

Scout the market, compare targets, negotiate deals, sell at the right time and build a squad that fits the club’s identity and budget.

HIRE — AND FIRE — THE MANAGER

Choose the head coach, judge their fit with the project and decide whether poor results demand patience or a change.

DEVELOP THE NEXT STAR

Invest in your academy, bring young players through, manage contracts and turn prospects into first-team players — or valuable assets.

LIVE WITH YOUR DECISIONS

Follow matchday events, injuries, cards, substitutions and results as the manager works with the squad you assembled.

HANDLE THE PRESSURE

Respond to bids, contract situations, sponsorship decisions, board meetings and the constant flow of issues landing on your desk.

BUILD A CAREER

Your first season is free to play. Full Career Unlock is a one-time in-app purchase that opens continued seasons and future careers.

Every transfer changes the squad. Every appointment changes the project. Every season tells a new story.

Can you build a club that lasts?
