Continues to ask to retake pictures and and never gives shoe size when you finally get the correct position. Waste of time

What happens if someone does not have an a4 in the US people use 8.5 x 11 inches paper 

Now one has to run around trying to get an a4 just use this app.

I tried to use it but I wasn’t able to even take the measurement; it failed for the 6 times I tried

The only info I got after measuring my daughter’s foot was the length in mm....?? No shoe size was given. It looks like the sizes are only British and another non-U.S. country, if they even give you a size.  Waste of time.

**Developer response:** The App itself is about to measure feet in millimeters - so it did what it should. It is impossible to show a shoe-size because shoe-sizes are not standardized! That’s why we build FootFact. The App is only for participating online-shops. If your online shop would use FootFact, your size of the chosen shoe would be shown. The measured foot is matching with the inner shoe measurements in our database if the online-shop or brand is using FootFact.

This was very hard to use and I just gave up in the end because it was way to hard every time I pressed the button for the picture it would come of the app and go back to the home page on my phone was quite disappointing but this might not happen to others🤔
