The app gave me some great information about my gait. I shared the results with my physical therapist and have some exercises to work on to correct my issue. I’ve been having a lot of lower back pain and we couldn’t figure out the issue. Since I shared my gait info with my physical therapist and got some new exercises, my back pain has started to go away. Highly recommend!
