It records the route like it says. The watch app is v simple but does the job. 

WE NEED IOS SHORTCUT INTEGRATION so that route recording can be automated to start when I hit the trail and end when I’m back in the parking lot. 

Otherwise- does what it says on the label.

This app isn’t what I thought it was and even though it’s only $1.99 for a year I want to cancel the subscription. It doesn’t give you an option to do so. I won’t lie it’s irritating.
