Firstly, they put a wrong address for my order, which I ordered specifically for my friend’s birthday party. So exactly on party’s day I was told by Post that they can’t deliver because the Footshop didn’t mention the whole address that I had given. Service works terrible, my e-mails are ignored and I have been waiting for refund 2 weeks (and I’m still waiting).
