Footy Battle is the football game for friends who love talking football, arguing about players and finding out who actually knows the game best. Get together, choose a mode and turn any football conversation into a challenge. It is perfect before kick-off, after a match, on a trip, at a party, during a break or whenever your group needs something fun to play. The rules are simple, the rounds are quick and every mode gives you a different way to compete. Some modes are about football knowledge. Some are about speed. Some are about bluffing, memory or making the smarter football choice. You do not need to know every player in history to have fun — but it definitely helps. TIC TAC TOE Find a player who fits both categories on the board. Complete a row before your opponent and take the win. Sounds easy, until you cannot think of a player who matches both sides. CAREER PATH Follow the clubs in a player’s career and work out who it is. Some career paths are obvious. Others will make you stare at the screen and wonder how you did not get it sooner. DRAFT Build your squad one player at a time. Random players appear, you make your bids and then compare your team with your friends. Everyone thinks they drafted the best team, until the arguments start. CATEGORY GAME One player has a secret football category. The others name players and find out whether they fit or not. Once enough names are revealed, try to work out the category before the other players do. QUICKFIRE Take turns answering football questions and choose your difficulty. Harder questions give you more points, but also make it easier to lose your turn. Play with as many friends as you want and see who can stay calm when the pressure is on. IMPOSTER Everyone gets the same football word except one player. The Imposter has to listen carefully, bluff their way through the round and avoid getting caught, while everyone else tries to expose the person who does not know the secret. CONNECTIONS Four names. One connection. Find out what players, clubs, managers or football moments have in common before everyone else does. Sometimes the answer is right there. Sometimes it is not. BATTLE MODE Go head to head in fast football quiz battles. Answer quicker than your opponent, get the points and prove who is sharper under pressure. LIST GAME A football topic is given and you have to keep naming players who belong on the list. Think quickly, remember more names than the others and do not be the one who runs out of answers first. RANK UP Put players in the right order based on goals, titles, appearances or other football stats. Who belongs higher? Who belongs lower? Get the ranking right before time runs out.
