For Good is the best guide to a more sustainable lifestyle!
 So you know that taking the bike is more environmentally friendly than taking the car. But how does eating beef compare to eating chicken? For Good is the first app to measure your total ecological footprint and show exactly what you can do to live more sustainably. And if you need some inspiration, the app is full of interesting tips.

When you register in the For Good app, you will be asked a number of questions in relation to your transport, food and energy consumption. With these data we can give you a first impression of your ecological footprint. The more you use the app, the more we will get to know you and the more accurate your ecological footprint will become. 


WHAT DOES THE APP HAVE TO OFFER ME?

FIND OUT WHETHER YOU HAVE A SUSTAINABLE LIFESTYLE

The Wall features your total footprint in CO2 on a weekly basis and a meter to compare yourself with the European climate goal. You find out how many planets you need if everyone would have your lifestyle. And every week and month you get interesting feedback.


LEARN ABOUT YOUR TRANSPORT FOOTPRINT

Here you will find out what your ecological footprint is of the current week in terms of transport. You can check your CO2 value and how much you emit by taking public transport, driving and flying. You don’t have to enter any data. The app automatically detects your transport. You can check your itineraries and get cheered on when you’re doing well.  

This feature does use a bit of battery life as it is the case with every app that makes use of tracking technology.  



LEARN ABOUT YOUR FOOD FOOTPRINT 


Here you will find out what your ecological footprint is of the current week in terms of food. You can check your CO2 value and how much you emit with food, packaging and drinks. By answering some fun, game-like questions, you can find out a great deal about the impact of your food and learn about sustainable alternatives. 


LEARN ABOUT THE IMPACT OF YOUR ENERGY CONSUMPTION 


Here you will find out what your ecological footprint is of the current week in terms of energy consumption. You can check your CO2 value and how much you emit with your sources of energy (electricity, gas, oil). Via the + button, you can enter your meter readings when it suits you.
