Eine Erweiterung fände ich sinnvoll: bei einem Ausdruck sollte das Auswahlmenue „Agenda-Notes-Minutes“ und den Punkt „Ausdruck mit privaten Kommentaren“ erweitert werden. Schade, dass sie anscheinend nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird. Gäbe noch das eine oder andere Feature, dass sinnvoll wäre, z. B. Schnelles hinzufügen von Bilder. For those of us who do a huge amount of work when mobile and have responsibility for delivering outcomes from meetings, the structured way this app makes me think about meetings has improved my productivity tenfold. You need discipline to use it and to take the time to understand its interface but everyone who has seen the agendas and minute notes it produces have been totally impressed. If I were the developer I would increase the price, refresh the app and in the fullness of time partner it with a web based interface. I like the intuitive interface and the helpful tips to get you up and running fast. Id like to see a dedicated help or documentation included instead of just the tips. If there was a way to share this amongst members so that meeting agendas could be updated by key members prior to the meeting and for there to be an automated check in for attendance instead of having to manually move people into the Apologies section. Perhaps there is... but i cant find documentation to guide me through it. I like it enough to stick with it with the idea that fixes will come along or I will just figure it out. Ive only been using it for exactly twenty minutes and still, I’m certain this is a worth while app to put in my productivity file and use on a regular basis. I have drafted the agenda for a meeting we are having tomorrow. Sent a copy of the agenda to all attendees and revised points with no difficulty whatsoever. A very good looking app.... sets the standard for new interface for drag and drop options for moving data within the document. Comprehensive feature sets with professional results. I've used many other apps for managing my meetings and tracking assignments, but this app exceeds them all. Many thanks to the developer for their thoughtful and well designed app. Most recent update added some welcome features with Cloud file support and native iPad Pro support. Already some great features and with time should only get better.still great - gets better with use. This one looked good and I thoughtI'd try it on a few less important meetings first. I'm pleased I did. It kept locking up, freezing on my iPad Pro and then lost all the notes I had made; I'm pleased it was a test run. It could be really good but, not reliable enough for me. My search for a great meeting app continues... ### 2/5 — In-app Purchase Ouch *2015-09-22, version 1.1* This product looks very promising. I downloaded it expecting a lite version with a purchase price of maybe $5, but was surprised when learned that it was substantially more. There seems to be a thing happening where developers are not clearly revealing their hidden in-app purchases and prices. Too bad as it is detracting from the entire Apple 'app experience'. ### 3/5 — Right Idea *2023-01-16, version 1.3.11* This app has the right idea but some aspects are a little over-complicated (for example, I need to track attendance, but I don’t need or want a visual table especially now when most of my meetings are virtual). This takes up a lot of space where a simple list of names would be more compact and could be ordered by position, by order added or by name; Some areas are lacking (for example I would like to see all meeting actions in a single view and to be able to export all of the actions to email or PDF for easy follow-up. But I could not find a way to do that (there is only a view to see the actions on screen). Other things are confusing like the Agenda/Notes/Minutes settings (they all appear to generate the same report). I would expect that the reports would be different beyond the report header - for example the Agenda view might only contain the items labeled Agenda. And on my work iPad, I get an “Email Unavailable” error when I want to get the PDF of the meeting notes. My company uses the Outlook app, not the native iOS mail app. There should be an easy way to preview the meeting PDF without generating email errors, the error can be bypassed but it is very annoying and we post meeting notes to a SharePoint drive to reduce the amount of email so I would rarely use the feature from the app anyway. The purchase price feels a little high for not being able to report out all open actions or all actions completed within a specified timeframe. ### 3/5 — Great app *2018-01-23, version 1.2* You did it right, but it miss few things to be perfect! 1- option to add the company logo 2- view the attendees job title instead of names only 3- insert schedules 4- give us the option the write below any point without jumping to the next point or having it in branch point (free text) Thanks ### 3/5 — Lots of potential but..... *2017-07-26, version 1.1* Like many of the meeting apps out there, a lot of good features implemented well but let down by what is missing such as simple things like changing the font size. ### 3/5 — Könnte sehr gut sein *2016-10-19, version 1.1* Für Meetings ist die App ideal. Schnelles eintragen und sehr geordnetes schnelles Wiederauffinden sind die Stärken de App. Nachteile: - 25€ um die App für unbegrenzte Einträge aufzusperren ist VIEL zu teuer. 5 € würde ich gerne zahlen, aber so kommen wir nicht ins Geschäft, da lösche ich lieber ältere Besprechungen und bleibe gratis. - Kein Backup. Was passiert bei einer Neuinstallation, sind dann alle Daten weg? Auch deswegen lohnt sich der in App Kauf nicht. - man sollte auch PDF's als Anlage speichern können. Vielleicht als 4. Kategorie: Infos ### 3/5 — Good ideas, still way to go *2016-04-27, version 1.1* The app has some nice features, some well thought aspects, but missing here and there. While you can copy a meeting with all its items to a new one, which is quite handy for jour fixes, it missing a very important aspect: managing of ToDos. The ToDos just shift over to the new meeting as copy. If you have ToDos that develop through several consecutive meetings, you need to manually manage the ToDos in all old meetings as well, as the app just makes a copy of the ToDo and does not link to one instance. This actually makes the app unusable for me, as transferring ToDos between meetings is the most important thin for me. Else the app is quite fine and let's you manage your meetings quite well. But Notes, remarks and such should be multi-line. Putting all in one line or else add a separate note for each line makes it quite messy. ### 4/5 — App ist gut gemacht, aber... *2024-11-08, version v1.4.6* Nach einem vorläufigen Test muss ich sagen, dass die App sehr gut gemacht ist und ich sie regelmäßig für unsere Clubtreffen einsetze. Allerdings werden für die Teilnehmer nur die Namen, ohne Angabe der Firma, angezeigt. Dies sollte auf jeden Fall noch ergänzt werden. I also use it after the meeting to create notes of the meeting. I wish I could drag and drop attachments into the meetings but that is a small issue for me, overall this is an excellent organizational tool. thanks ### 5/5 — Does the job and does it well *2023-05-23, version 1.3.12* I don’t offer many app reviews, because I rarely feel very strongly about the apps I use, but this one has really hit a sweet spot for me and they appear to be a small developer. It would not be hyperbole to say that this app has helped my mental health. I allowed myself to be talked into being the secretary for two organizations and this app has made it so much easier to take clear notes and share good looking and readable minutes. This has caused me a great deal of stress and self recrimination in the past (“Why didn’t you write the minutes when the meeting was fresh in your mind, idiot?’). With “for Meetings” you really can focus on content and not formatting and taking notes during the meeting that can be freshened into minutes saves a LOT of time. The interface logic takes some time to wrap your head around, and I did give the developer some suggestions, but I don’t think any of it is game breaking. I love the ease of the application and that it does exactly what’s expected. Really hope to see a Mac cross over in its future. Everything is bundled together, I can create the agenda, then take notes during the meeting and then send out the meeting minutes all from the same instance. It works very well in producing easily readable, documents and easy to follow agendas and minutes. It allows for adding time management options to meeting and easy to follow-up action items. The BEST “Meeting Minutes” program I have tried on the iPad!!! Worth the $$.
