### 1/5 — Zero way of getting customer support with my account.

Need to speak to a representative regarding my account, I asked for a refund and to cancel but they cancelled and have not refunded me, even though they stopped access for a whole year paid.  Bad customer service that does not exist so be careful paying them any money

**Developer response:** Hi Julia, apologies for this. Our refunds are handled automatically via Apple and can take a few days to process, I have checked and can confirm that all recent requests have been fully refunded.
