## What is Foraged?

Learn to find wild, edible mushrooms throughout the year in Western Europe. Access at least five mushrooms every month via the Foraged App.

Meet your guide, Edwin Florès, Dutch, culinary forager:

In the forest, we will not stop at every mushroom and ask: “What is this?” We will know in advance which mushrooms we are looking for.
