The app is easy to navigate, I can easily transfer money to and from accounts, and it is very secure. Good rates and good mission supporting National Parks and National Geographic. The app is pretty good. It looks nice and performance is good, and has the features I expect. My only criticism is the text size, particularly in menu, is pretty small. I'd like to see it slightly bigger and/or adjustable size. Wish it had an option to send it immediately for emergencies for a fee like Apple Pay. I just decided to use it as a long term savings app and will find another bank with immediate transfers. It DOES link to investment accounts. Customer service is good to reach. Overall a good app! Really good for first timers who are looking to help the planet! The navigation is confusing, important features are buried, and the overall UX feels outdated and frustrating. No AI assistant, no smart search, no quick help, no intuitive payment management — just endless menus and guessing where things are hidden.
