### 1/5 — Bad Tracking

*2026-08-21*

Over all, tracking was awful. It was constantly inaccurate and would mislead me about the completion of job. I wish a different service integrated with house call pro. Switching to Optimus

Garbage all around…terrible connectivity and always glitches. Terrible Customer service. Run away….

### 1/5 — Glitchy and inaccurate

*2025-10-31*

I found the app both on the computer and on the phone to be very glitchy and very inaccurate. It’s somewhat useful but will probably switch services if this continues.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, nkhvac. Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the app. If you email us at customerservice@forcefleettracking.com with details of your issues we would be more than happy to help address your concerns in more depth.

### 5/5 — Business Vehicle Tracker

*2025-09-16*

Clean appearance, very accurate and responsive , a lot neater than my previous tracker

### 1/5 — Daniel Ritchie

*2025-08-05*

I own a plumbing company & always need proper & correct tracking of our vehicles. This app/product is just not it. They need to work the bugs out & get it more accurate before trying to sell everyone on it.

### 2/5 — Not worth the headache

*2025-06-12*

Started with force with the gps trackers and all was fine until we switched to the cameras. It’s been a mess since the beginning. Basically 10 months of some working some not, trying to troubleshoot etc. Cameras are unreliable, hard to connect, constantly drop signal and don’t give accurate locations. Half the time they are offline and we are still having to communicate with our guys in the field about where they are. Communication with their support team is terrible. Their camera devices only work on regular vehicles, no vans, or even light duty vehicles. It’s honestly not worth the headache.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-06-10, version 2.5*

They charged my account $400.09 after I returned the device. There software glitches all of the time.

### 5/5 — Owner

*2024-08-08*

Very easy to use and detailed. It definitely speed things up for us throughout the day-to-day operations to keep us efficient

### 1/5 — Dissapointed

*2024-07-31*

Pretty much all of the critical features on this app don’t work. Customer service has long hold times and they keep saying there’s a “firmware” issue. Nothing gets changed or fixed. Really wanted to like this app (nice simple UI) but force fleet really is not a good service.

### 5/5 — Premium service, premium devices

*2024-07-16*

Loving this service and hardware. Easily track all my vehicles and share their locations. Highly recommend this awesome fleet tracking platform.
