It’s so frustrating not being able to access my information conveniently. You can only view your account balance and transactions. You cannot transfer your money to other accounts even if they are within the same bank, there are no bill pay options, Zelle is completely inaccessible, most buttons in the app just redirect to a page that tells you to call their number such as the report lost/stolen card button. The deposit check feature doesn’t work. The only real use this app has is the ability to lock your debit card. Most of the apps “features” either redirects you to a phone number or it just states the feature is unavailable. It has been like this for over 4 years so I don’t see it changing anytime soon. This app has made me completely change banks because it makes having an account with them pointless if I can’t even manage my money without going in person. ### 2/5 — iOS 16 *2022-09-15, version 22.1.41* No longer works with update to iOS 16.
