I have not been able to get into since. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-09-06* This app is soooo painful! I have to use it for work but is crashes all the time and the only way to fix is to delete and re-install. I am a hospice nurse who is always running. I don’t have time for this! ### 1/5 — Terrible App! *2022-09-05* My Company uses this App to communicate, and to make sure our patients are getting the care they need on a timely manor, and pretty much keeping everybody on there feet. This App has been terrible. Y’all really need to fix this app. It is making Work more difficult. Not getting notifications, very laggy, and gets kicked out when trying to sign in all the time. This really needs an overhaul ### 1/5 — Alert does not get my attention! *2021-07-08, version 2.0.44* I’m on call all weekend so there are times I might try to catch a nap in between calls. This app’s alert is not nearly loud enough to wake you up if you’re sleeping. Also, I don’t like that it notifies everyone when you leave or are added to a group (I get alerts on those all the time & I’d rather not). Another big problem is that if you are somewhere where there is no Wifi, you will not receive a message. The message could get “lost” for a long time before it finally comes in and that happens frequently in some areas I have to go. One more thing, what is the point in having a code you can use instead of the password when it only lasts a few hours? ### 1/5 — Horrible *2020-12-01* I don’t ever leave reply's! But this ap is terrible. It’s always losing important documents. Fails to upload. Or it says it’s uploaded and it’s not. It’s beyond frustrating! I’ve had to resort to screen shot my documents before I upload. To make sure they are not lost. The ap is pointless. I have no confidence in it at ALL! ### 1/5 — Slowest app ever! *2020-11-02* As I’m getting pt’s to sign their consents in Forcura, I try to upload the previous document and I get a message telling me that an upload is already in progress and to wait until that one has processed. It’s 5 pm now. I’ve been waiting on 2 documents to load since 930 this morning. This is not the first time this has happened. I don’t see how anyone can get any work done on this app. It is absolutely terrible. And yes I do have internet connectivity! ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2020-08-25, version 2.0.33* It is incredibly slow. I can not understand why any company would choose this app. ### 1/5 — INEFFECTIVE, SLOW, TERRIBLE *2020-08-19* My company recently switched to this from a different secure app. If i could give it. What I’ve stars I would. You cannot leave a mass group text. Nonstop alerts. Someone leaves a group, alert. Someone is added, alert. It takes 5 minutes just to build a group with several clinicians. Not getting notified timely. Rarely able to to even open a message if you aren’t connected to wifi, which non of us are connected during our work day. This app is a disaster. Cannot effectively and timely communicate with anyone. It just spins and spins and spins. Got noticed this morning i had 7 unread messages that were sent yesterday early afternoon. Over 12 hours to receive a message. This is pathetic for people out in the field. ### 1/5 — Latest update *2019-10-11, version 2.0.26* I don’t normally write reviews, but I hope the developers see this. The app has always worked really well. The latest update effected cropping the document- this is horrible. It bounces on the page as you are trying to crop the corners. Please, please revert the cropping to the way it was!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor *2025-11-09* I have been using this App for Homecare consents/documents and have had tremendous amount of lost data. I would get error messages once attempting to upload/submit, and after several failed attempts to submit to the Agency, all the information was completely deleted - signatures lost and the forms went blank. I have called the Forcura IT department multiple times and they could not find the problem. I’ve screenshot the completed forms as proof to show that they were completely filled out and lost. I am afraid I cannot work for companies that used this App because of uncompensated time spent imputing information only to loose them with no resolve. POOR PERFORMANCE!! ### 1/5 — Great concept, poor execution *2025-06-09* So I have been using this mobile app for years to create consents documents for a home health company. For several years the only real complaint I had was that when I logged in and created my first document of the day, it would crash back to the desktop (mobile). I had to delete that one because it would also delete all pre-entered information. Frustrating enough. But in the last year it has started to not save information entered in the template (saved as a new document of course), long enough to upload to my office from the field. This includes patient signatures so it’s not like I can just recreate it later. It escalated in the last few months and I’ve had to make an extra visit to several patient homes for paper consents. I tried calling the help desk for Forcura and cannot, no matter what I say, make them understand what problem I am having. It is so frustrating. It’s not difficult to explain but is apparently difficult to understand. I also cannot physically show them with a video because of sensitive (HIPAA) information. They claim I am the only person who uses this app, who has this problem. I highly doubt it. Also, I’m using a high end tablet for this work. So frustrating! I would give anything to have another app to use. ### 1/5 — Poor selection *2024-08-12* There’s no option to create an acct. select the email link, I never received an email ### 1/5 — Worthless!!! *2024-05-01* The developers clearly don’t care about their creation or the people using it. Wish I could give it negative stars. The main cause of my work frustration. if only my employer would find another option. ### 1/5 — Horrible interface, crashes, poor uploading *2024-02-28* 1. App crashes all the time. 2. Search option most of the time disappears unless you restart app. 3. Uploading documents is only possible 1 by 1. You cannot upload more than one pic or pdf. All in all would not recommended to anyone. I have to delete and redownload several times a day!! We use this for all our secure documents. Updated quickly and in real-time for conversations. ### 2/5 — Loading Issues and Font Size *2020-05-29* App is lagging and takes a long time to load new messages. It does not matter if I am connected to WiFi or not. Also, the type is quite small to read and hoping for a feature to increase the size of font on the app as well.
