Gebt mal Gas Jungs. ### 4/5 — Total schlechte App *2024-11-12, version 5.93* CarSharing finde ich echt super nutze es so mittlerweile mehrere Jahre und bin überzeugt, dass das auch Zukunft hat. Allerdings das neue System also die App finde ich total kompliziert und umständlich. Die alte App und mit der Karte konnte man wesentlich schneller ein Auto freischalten und auch buchen. Aber es hat sich mal wieder bewiesen, dass nicht alles Neues unbedingt immer positiv und praktisch sein muss. Zeitraum muss umständlich ausgewählt werden. Autos werden am falschen Standpunkt angezeigt. Bedienung insgesamt nicht intuitiv. ### 1/5 — Absoluter downgrade *2024-10-24, version 5.90* 1. man zahlt nun fixe Gebühren pro Stunde, was Nutzung teuer und unattraktiv machen 2. man sieht verfügbare Autos in der App nicht, wenn sie zur Zeit gebucht sind 3. Verfügbarkeitsanzeige ist ein absoluter Flop 4. neues Kundenservice ist schlecht: keine einzige Frage bis jetzt beantwortet wurde. Das alte Kundenservice war definitiv kompetenter und man konnte Fragen aller Natur direkt klären. Aktuell wird nur auf email verwiesen, welche sie selbst nicht kennen. ### 2/5 — Verschlimmbesserung *2024-10-23, version 5.90* Diese App funktioniert nicht wie sie soll. Es werden nicht alle Autos dargestellt. Die Standorte stimmen auf der Karte nicht mit der Realität überein. Wenn auf den Kooperationspartner Stadtwerke BV umgestellt wird verschwinden Standorte. Wurde die App nicht auf Funktion getestet vor dem Ausrollen? Zur Zeit unbrauchbar und da Buchungen ausschließlich nur noch über App gehen ist Carsharing für mich momentan gelaufen. ### 1/5 — Wo sind all die Autos hin? *2024-10-20, version 5.88* Seit dem Upgrade ist auf einmal nur noch 1 von früher 3 Fahrzeugen in meiner Stadt verfügbar. Und das verbliebene steht auch noch in einem random Wohngebiet, statt zentral. Klares Downgrade ### 3/5 — Gute App mit (temporären) Schwächen *2024-10-20, version 5.88* Mir gefällt das Design viel besser als in der alten Version. Was mir nicht so gefällt ist die Tatsache, dass wohl nicht alle verfügbaren Autos angezeigt werden! Das sollte schnellstmöglicher behoben werden. In Ellwangen zum Beispiel vermisse ich das Auto mit dem Kennzeichen GD-FC 1176. Genauso wie ein Auto in Aalen GD-FC 1162 und in Heidenheim an der Brenz ist es das Kennzeichen GD-FC 1165. Außerdem ist der QR Code in der App Scanner nicht funktionsfähig. Ich nutze das Angebot sehr gerne und würde mich deshalb freuen, wenn dies schnell behoben würde, da man die Autos sonst nicht buchen kann. VG K.Seckler ### 4/5 — Neuer Look ist immer gewöhnungsbedürftig :) *2024-10-17, version 5.88* Optisch macht die App schonmal mehr her als der Vorgänger. Allerdings war ich mit der alten Version des Verfügbarkeitskalenders mehr als zufrieden. Mal sehen wie sich die Funktionen im Alltag machen. Schade ist, dass es wohl im Zuge der Umstellung auch gleich eine neue Buchungsgebühr oben drauf gibt, die es vorher nicht gab. In Höhe von fast 50% des Stundentarifs.
