Keep getting an error message that there was some error on the server and to please try again later. It has been days and no change. I have even deleted and reinstalled the app 4 times and changed from WiFi to cellular service back and forth and nothing works. I have called in to customer service and they say that they are not hearing of any issues with the Ford Credit app…Am I the only one with this problem? Check your settings in your vehicle and see what they have for you tracking and if you leave a bad reviews watch your vehicle in the app value drop I won’t never never deal with ford again. is this appropriate sharing your vehicle information ,it tracks you do good it even knows if you have other vehicles, shame 1st American car ever purchased, why would I call , the app explained I have a ford Mach GT in mint shape no accidents looks works like factory fresh under 4,000 miles and negative equity yea right by by ever buying let this driver your excellent customer away. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Bad design *2026-06-11, version 2.26.0* I have attempted to use the app to schedule my monthly payment but it defaults to the current date and does not allow you to choose the due date. If you try custom date the calendar is formatted incorrectly for a phone screen and you cant select the next month. ### 1/5 — Worst Company and App *2026-05-16, version 2.25.0* This app/service is garbage. Every month you need to log in to pay and cannot setup autopay until the payment for that month is settled. The service constantly forgets your account exists and makes it very difficult to log in to make a payment. Worst experience every time, and then of course, customer service is always busy or suddenly unavailable. So this will be a task that just sits incomplete until I find time to re-engage, hopefully customer service is available when I am.
