## What is Ford DiagNow?

Ford DiagNow provides diagnostic functionality in a convenient lightweight package enabling users to quickly address vehicle concerns without the need for a full diagnostic scan tool and laptop.

With the Ford DiagNow application you can: 
•	Read and decode the Vehicle Identification Number into specific model information
•	Read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes for all equipped vehicle electronic control modules
•	Read live data parameters from the vehicle
•	Perform live vehicle network monitor
•	Perform key programming* 
•	Read factory keyless entry code*
•	View service bulletins and messages for Diagnostic Trouble Codes read from the vehicle

All this can be done on any 2010 or newer Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicle

Requirements:
•	User must have a valid Ford Dealer account or Ford Motorcraft account with a Ford DiagNow subscription
•	Ford VCM Lite is the interface required to perform diagnostic functions with the vehicle

The process is very slow and doesn’t load properly all the time when using the app and switching to wiring diagrams need something that allows users to actually read what we are clicking on when using workshop I feel like it’s something to do with the format but some improvements can be made for sure. It’s very hard to follow a pinpoint test or even get to them through pc/ed

Needs attention to detail. Can’t read codes from the PCM on a 2022 Bronco Sport. Errors in such basic functionality can’t be tolerated.

Ford DiagNow not Working! Can’t log in I been trying for 5 days now. I went to ford motor craft undated my subscription used it for 2 days and now  it shows I can’t log in due to an invalid subscription. I have emailed them and sent pics still no fix. Poor customer service
