Waste of time and effort. For example the Read Vin button says “framework.comm.and.go”. Each option is displayed like that. It will connect to the vehicle one out of every 10 tries but then I can’t do anything. I’ve made sure my phone and app are up to date, and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. I seem to be the only one in the shop to have this issue and cannot find anything to fix this. BUT back when it was working, it was awesome and saved me a lot of time. ### 2/5 — Stopped working with iPhone *2025-01-16* After the update, the app doesn’t work so great with iPhone. I went to ford motor craft undated my subscription used it for 2 days and now it shows I can’t log in due to an invalid subscription. I have emailed them and sent pics still no fix. The customer service they provide for this is pitiful. LIN int, BMS reset, power balance , & misfire neutral rest. Could really use a 360 camera relearn and IPMA alignment function.
