Why does Apple Car play have to be disconnected for this feature? Never probably will as others complained about it years ago. ### 2/5 — Don’t work half the time *2022-05-13, version 1.0.15* Love the app but I only love the half the time be nice if I could love it all the time ### 3/5 — LOW RESOLUTION/BLURRY ARTWORK 😪 *2022-04-22, version 1.0.15* everything else works great for the most part. i had an issue where it wouldn’t show the now playing screen and was stuck on ask “ask alexa…” screen but i fixed it by connecting an android phone with the same app. the low resolution artwork on isn’t an iPhone issue because the pandora app has high resolution artwork on sync 3. i also tried the ford/alexa app on android and not only did it have high resolution artwork but i believe it sounded a bit better. otherwise a great addition to sync 3! i’ll rate 5 stars once those issues are resolved 🫡 ### 1/5 — Not compatible with CarPlay! *2022-04-02, version 1.0.14* When this app is working it's awesome, but it's very buggy.Unfortunately the recent update mostly went towards cosmetics instead of making things work better. CarPlay won't work when the app is loaded onto your phone, which is totally unacceptable.Even if you were willing to except that problem, the app stops working at random times and freezes up, neither the touch buttons nor steering wheel controls will work again until you restart the phone, which of course is extremely dangerous when the car is in motion. Like early versions of SYNC, the app is very unhappy when you make lots of short trips. The app works fine until you stop the car, then it refuses to connect when you restart the car irregardless of whether you disconnect the phone and take it with you or not. ### 1/5 — New update really messed up this app *2022-03-16, version 1.0.14* This app was great until they tried to make it better. Now it’s AWFUL!!! Had to keep connecting and then unconnecting. Why do I need to use a cord and open an app to use this? If I could have, I would have given it 0 stars. I followed all the instructions as requested to install it. It’s totally stupid that I have to open the app every time on my phone in order to play in my car. Most of the time my car won’t even recognize this app! Then the next time I get in my car it will work. When it does work, I’m finding that it will play the same song again after just playing it. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall this app several times to get it to work in my car again.
