Easy to order food. ### 4/5 — Fast Lane *2024-01-19, version 6.2.1* I love being able to use Fast Lane to order online. I have tried to use the “New Experience” but it is extremely difficult to use. I have had to dump my cart (if I can even find it again) and go back to Fast Lane. It’s very frustrating and more time consuming than just going to the store to shop. Please, Spartan Nash, do not eliminate the Fast Lane platform. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! ### 4/5 — Pretty Good *2020-03-14, version 3.4.1* There’s usually a couple items they don’t have in stock which is understandable. I would give 5 stars if the shoppers didn’t just decide to make changes without my consent. I’ve also had issues getting sale deals, receiving large quantity perishable items due too soon (like the next day), and numerous phone calls despite adding a message to my orders that I don’t need any updates since I don’t want any substitutions. Sometimes using this service seems to just be a shopper trying to get your order while talking on the phone with you which eliminates the convenience of the service. Quite frankly, if I had the time to shop I would be.
